The Scout Napa Valley Website is designed with security measures in place tracking and documenting all users' activities.
Only you, your employees or independent contractors specifically involved in the project identified with your SNVOLL account may use your SNVOLL Login Credentials. You are responsible for all activity that takes place with your SNVOLL account.
You, your employees or independent contractors may not authorize any third party to access and/or use the SNVOLL on your behalf.
Under no circumstances may you, your employees or independent contractors provide your Login Credentials to or use LightBox Feature to share image files with a scouting or production services company, or any company that offers services that are in competition with Scout Napa Valley, LLC.
Any violation of the above may result in civil and criminal actions being taken against any and all violators.
If you believe your user name and password have become compromised, notify SNV immediately.
SNV cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from your failure to comply with these security policies.
